COVID 19: IMPACT ON TEACHING AND LEARNING

We have observed with dismay the new deadly virus ravaging the globe known as "coronavirus". It's no more a gainsay to assert that this occurrence has partially grounded world activities which include Teaching and Learning. It's on this note that we advise as follows:
1. That Teachers and students/pupils should stay at home as directed by the State Governments.
2. That all forms of preventive measures recommended by medical practitioners like regular washing of hands, using of mask at appropriate time, avoiding handshake etc should be observed strictly.
3. We should avoid unnecessary journeys during this period.
4. At our respective communities, we can enlighten people on the development and advise the public not to panic since government at various levels are putting in place measures to curtail the deadly virus.
5. With the schools on lockdown, students need to continue to learn remotely. Therefore, We at "Young Brains" will make available learning resources on this platform as a way of communicating with our students and pupils so that they don't abandon their studies completely, most importantly the classes that are preparing for external and placement examinations. Please, make judicious use of these resources.
We pray that God will arrest this situation and peace shall return to Our Land. None of us shall be a victim of "coronavirus"
